To confirm your Event a non-refundable booking fee is required upon booking at a first come first serve basis. A minimum of 10 guests are required to reserve your event . Each individual dinner is to be selected before the event and a payment must be made no later than 7 days prior to your event day. all billing includes 20% gratitude No reimbursements will be issued for cancellations made within three days of the event date we will allow reschedualing. Your hibachi chef will arrive 1 hour and 30 minutes before the event, and the event itself is approximately 2 hours long (additional time may be subject to a surcharge). We do not service locations with stairs, roof tops, or decks, we can provide heaters and tents upon request (20x20 tent incurs a $250 fee). Our catering services are available in Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin, and charge a $3.75 mileage fee for residents outside of Illinois. All sales are subject to taxation as mandated. Rain or shine, our show will go on.
